"All of the staff at the hotel were friendly, and really cared about you and your stay. Recommend this hotel. There is construction work happening behind the hotel. It didn’t bother us. But if your room was in the back of the hotel, it may be a bother Monday to Friday."

"We had a wonderful stay, great refreshing pool, fabulous breakfast, nice cool rooms with air conditioning that works, near the lake and a lovely stroll to the central restaurants in town. Staff all very accommodating."

"Lovely family run hotel. Rooms were gorgeous and clean. Bed linen luxurious towels soft and fluffy. A/C worked well and lost of amities in the bathroom. Staff were all friendly. Breakfast buffet was mainly continental but pancakes and eggs could be ordered and included. It was a 10min walk into the centre of Desenzano from the hotel. Located across the road from the lake. Having read other reviews on other sites, I was worried about staying here but there was nothing to worry about. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend."

"Everything was spectacular. I stayed in a single room, which was a little tight on space but not even a major issue. Staff gave us incredible recommendations on restaurants that were not on the waterfront"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar was excellent and that staff also made us welcome. The room was clean. The location is overlooking the lake and has easy access to the lakefront promenade. It’s about a five minute walk to the center of the city and the ferry terminals. Regarding ferries we do recommend checking departure times with ticket agents. The schedules don’t always match. This is not related to the hotel. We woukd stay here again."
