"We had a very positive experience at the Welcome Hotel. It is in a perfect location, just take an elevator across the street to get to the beautiful Old Town area. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Kristen Thiele, were all friendly and helpful. Kristen went out of her way to help us with the train scheduling. The included breakfast was wonderful. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. Overall, a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again."

"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. Reception was particularly welcoming and helpful with our special requests and even managed to sort out a spa treatment at the last minute. I had the small but well-appointed spa/sauna area all to myself, fun and relaxing. Oddly, the room amenities were spare: one liquid soap/shampoo combo product was it, had to rent(!) a spa robe. But the low-season price, included breakfast, spa with treatments, and gorgeous area...
