"This place was fantastic, if a bit aged. We had an issue with a room, and they promptly moved us to a new room with no hassle. The food was mixed, so would recommend trying to find elsewhere "

"We stayed for five days and four nights, and were truly impressed by the hospitality of every staff member at the lodge. I traveled with my 7-year-old daughter, and many of the staff remembered her name, which made her feel so welcomed and happy. She had a wonderful time, and we were both extremely satisfied with our stay."

"Kruger Park Lodge in general is a very nice property. The property is very well kept, clean and well looked after. The facilities are great with the hippo hide where you can watch hippos safely as well as an extremely nice golf course on the property with impala walking on the course. "If you need a stay, book Abangane Guest Lodge! Abangane Guest Lodge is a beautiful Lodge with nice rooms, a pool, a beautiful garden and a very delicious breakfast. Around the lodge is just nature. You'll just hear birds singing and rushing water from a waterfall. The staff is super kind, it was like a family. Thank you very much!"

"This hotel was ok, I found the tent very cold even tho it had a AC unit but it still didn’t warm up. The bathroom was completely separate. You had to lock and unlock 2 doors to get to the kitchen/bathroom. There is everything you need. The hot tub wasn’t very hot and needed more water. The whole stay was ok but not amazing. "

"Kruger Park Lodge in general is a very nice property. The property is very well kept, clean and well looked after. The facilities are great with the hippo hide where you can watch hippos safely as well as an extremely nice golf course on the property with impala walking on the course. The pool area is very nice and the restaurant (G’s) is good. There is also a lapa area where they do a traditional braai (think bbq on steroids) and a river area you can walk to. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. It is a spacious 6 sleeper. The unit itself is great with a few little issues such as the shower door does not close and the double bed in the main upstairs bedroom has a mattress that is not very good. Other than that it is a very nice unit. The air conditioner wasn’t working and when we called them the next day they came out and fixed it almost within the hour. The unit is cleaned every day which is very nice. The lodge is 15 minutes from Phabeni gate into the Kruger Park. Also, even though when you are in the lodge you feel like you are out of the city in the bush, it is 5 minutes away from many good shops and restaurants. "
