"We had such a great time. The staff was so nice. Landau is a nice walkable town and also a home base to visit Diedershem and Naustadt. Definitely worth the visit for wine tasting and authentic German feel. "

"Lovely quiet hotel, very convenient for the A5, with great amenities - properly pet friendly! Stayed one night whilst travelling south with my pet rabbit: the pet-friendly room we were given was ENORMOUS. Lovely and comfortable, and with plenty of storage space. Didn't try the spa because we were exhausted, but a morning trip to the fitness suite proved very productive (the available equipment was excellent). The breakfast buffet had lots of choice, and the food quality really was top...

"On the plus side: the breakfast was ample and attractive. Eggs were made-to-order. On the minus side: The elevator is barely big enough for two people with packbacks and is frequently out of order. On the plus side: the handsome, next-door restaurant serves excellent food graciously. The courtyard is lovely when the weather is good."

"My experience at their restaurant was so bad that I am considering calling the German authorities to check their kitchen. My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. Since you are dependent on eating here since no other restaurants in the area I can’t recommend this hotel to anybody"

"There was really nothing to complain about. The hotel is nice and quiet so you can get a good nights sleep. Do have a look around the lake,it is a pleasant walk. If you have a car and understand the German traffic rules and regulations you should be alright. If you are using the bus service don't get off at the first stop in Ketsch, it makes for a bit of a walk. You really need to get off the bus at the end of Karlsruher Strasse. I'm afraid I can't comment on things like Wifi as I didn't take...
