"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Das ganze ist eher eine Unterkunft, als wie ein Hotel. HĂ€tte das niemals gebucht, wenn ich im Vorfeld gewusst hĂ€tte, daß diese Unterkunft eher 2 als wie 4 Sterne verdient hat. Das angebliche FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet, ist eine Lachnummer. Zum Beispiel, die Brötchen sind eingefrorene, selbst aufgebacken, Körnerbrötchen waren immer schnellvergriffen. Brot lagen paar Scheiben daneben. Die einzige Bedienung war sehr nett und bemĂŒht, aber bei den vielen RĂ€umen natĂŒrlich total ĂŒberfordert. In unserem Zimmer...
