"We were arriving very late but the hotel staff couldn't do enough to accommodate. They were simply brilliant. Every email sent was replied to very quickly. "Hotel was fine, but not a great family hotel. We have three kids under 8. Patrons (October) were mostly older German adults. The room was not in great shape. The refrigerator was apparently being defrosted and was leaking all over the floor (with towels).
