"Clean room, accessible transportation"

"The hotel was very clean and fancy; however, the service was kind of slow and the hotel stay was very expensive expensive with breakfast not included. There were not water taps. We had to ask again and again for water bottles that to they were only allowing two bottles per day."

"Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and well maintained."

"Always enjoy our stay at the LINE! Can't wait to go back!!"

"We had a terrific stay at the hotel. The staff was fantastic and the location is excellent! It's a very short walk to Universal Hollywood and City Walk, with continuous shuttle service throughout the day if you don't want to walk. Check- in and out was super easy, and hassle free. I will definitely return next year."

"The staff was so friendly and got us checked in early at no extra charge!! The hotel is beautiful and the view from breakfast on the roof is amazing; you can see the Hollywood sign!"
