"Upon entering the hotel we were immediately in a construction zone. The floors were being redone so most of the lobby area was roped off and the floor was torn up. Construction crew was doing work so it was very loud and off putting when entering a hotel for check-in when you’re not expecting it. When I made the reservation, nothing stated there would be construction. The bellhop wasn’t the friendliest. And when I asked where the restroom was he said it was probably locked and he’d have to walk...

"Excellent hotel! We had just gotten off of a cruise ship with our luggage, and we knew that we probably wouldn’t be able to check in until late afternoon. However, they allowed us to check into a room early and we could go straight up! So helpful! Service was excellent and friendly. "Had a fantastic stay, the only thing I would have changed is requesting a mini fridge, but other than that it was a fantastic experience and if I have the chance I’d come back for sure. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very cozy. Staff were friendly, helpful, and bubbly. I have nothing bad to say. 10/10."

"The property had a great location, the rooms were nice and roomy. The staff were nice and friendly. The elevators were very, very slow. It seemed as though only 1(one) elevator was working at a time. The housekeeping staff was also using the same elevators which made the occupancy of the elevator cab itself very limited. Thank you. "
