"I stayed one night to be close to the airport for a morning flight out. The room was very nice and quiet. Spacious, clean, excellent water pressure in the shower, comfy bed and pleasing decor. Hotel is a short walk from a tram stop. In the early evening I took the tram to a very nice mall and did some last minute shopping and had dinner in the food court. Taxi to the was about 10 minutes and cost $22USD. Hotel called for me and they showed up quickly. I do wish the hotel provided a shuttle...

"The hotel is very quiet and very clean. The outdoor eating area was very nice but if you're there for a lunch and a dinner the menu is minimal for choices. The bar and any indoor eating was closed on a Wednesday. The breakfast buffet was very nice with an assortment of options. It's the most convenient location to the airport and the shuttles run every 20 minutes on time."

"I was a little disappointed because it said that coffee was included with the room. The first day was okay, but on the second day, when we asked for creamer, they said we had to pay for it. Usually, most hotels include coffee. It was surprising that we stayed at Novotel Zurich and they didn't have that policy."

"The staff here were fabulous. In the rooms, for Shampoo and Conditioner, they have tiny plastic sample size bottles that are changed everyday. It’s very wasteful, and the shampoo majorly dries out your hair. I stayed here for two weeks and fortunately had brought my own bars of shampoo and conditioner. Would very much appreciate if they could change this moving forward."

"The property is perfectly located and is situated on a comfortable open square that make you feel safe and gives an upscale appearance for the hotel. It is 1 block away from the Geneva lake bridge and in the middle of the high end shopping and dining district. The hotel definitely feels and looks like a 4 or 5 star accommodation. "Hotel is within walking distance to the high end shopping street. Our room was small and decorated with nice colorful furnitures and wall art. It was however, too warm and our AC did not work.
