Also, you are given the impression that you are staying in the big mansion, but actually you are billeted in the the annex/building in front of the big house. The rooms are modern and well appointed. "séjour parfait concept vraiment bien juste une petite remarque. Le hall d'entrée est squatté en fin de journée par les activités des enfants et donc vraiment bruyant et par conséquent réduit la qualité perçue de cette résidence qui à mon sens est une très belle réalisation. Le SPA est également parfait nous avons testé les massages la prestation était très bonne."

"Nice quality accommodation that is in good condition. The pool was a bonus, but charging an extra 20 euros for the sauna and steam room is petty. On check out we were charged 80 euros to clean the apartment, which is excessive as the room clearly hadn't been overly well cleaned before we arrived. At best, each apartment would take a maximum of 1 hour to clean properly, which doesn't occur, so 80 euros is simply profiteering."

"We arrived at 2am and there were clear instructions as to where the overnight check-in was. This was not a problem. However, there was no toilet roll in the room. This was a problem at 2am at 1800 metres up on the mountainside.. The following morning, we were allocated 1 roll of toilet paper, and thereafter, you had to buy your own. "This hotel was amazing!! Very high end for the price! Vanessa was so helpful and friendly! Such a wonderful experience for 2 Americans visiting a foreign country. We were concerned about getting around and the language barrier but no issues at all. Surprisingly our reservation came with an hour in the spa and we used it soaking in the hot bath (jacuzzi without jets). The views were spectacular as well as breakfast. We didn’t want to leave!! This hotel is on our list to come back to if/when we return to France. Heartfelt thanks to Vanessa!!"
