I didn’t realize it was so far away when I booked it. "

"Modern hotel just outside of Bologna. We chose this place for the pool which was lovely and the tennis courts which need attention. What frustrated us here was that they charge extra for every facility. Water bottles and soda in the room, charge. You want to sit on a chair at the pool? Charge. You want to sit under an umbrella by the pool? Charge. You want to play a round of tennis? Charge. These amenities should be included in the cost of a nightly stay. "Our 2nd stay here & as we had been impressed before we booked again for this stay. Lovely & efficient welcome on arrival, bags promptly brought to our room which was kept spotless with daily cleaning. Bottle of Prosecco in our room to welcome us which we appreciated. Unfortunately Breakfast had not improved, when you are a new Guest you should be shown to a table & the process explained, we saw many people unsure who waited but were not approached by staff, hot food had been left to get cold so...
