"Hotel was really nice service and valets were excellent. Only complaint was the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed fully and the indoor pool was freezing room was heated pool was not. Overall excellent stay definitely would go back."

"Nice hotel in good area. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants, bars, coffee, entertainment places within walking distance nearby. Parking was $18/night plus tax. It’s a boutique hotel with all the little things being extra. Coffee, tea, water in room is $6-$9. Overall it was comfortable- beds and pillows were comfy. The booking info on Hotels said one free beverage per person. Didn’t see that/was offered. "

"Price isn't as good as it sounds. Would have given it 5 ⭐ but upon check out there was a $22 a day parking fee. I even asked if I needed a parking pass which I did need. But, there was never an mention about a fee. When I asked about it she said it clearly states it on the parking pass. Given that you don't have an option if you want to park at the hotel it should've been mentioned up front. There's no where else to park and I've never stayed at a hotel that charges you for parking. "

"Gorgeous property overlooking the mountains. We had several service issues, including long, long waits are the restaurants and incorrect orders (multiple times.) Our waitress at the Croft also told us she was so busy because the waitresses are also required to wash the dishes of their guests. When we checked out, there were hundreds of dollars in charges that were incorrect and thankfully were caught and resolved. They really try to nickel and dime you for everything at this resort. "Our daughter goes to camp in Mentone. This cabin was a perfect place to stay the night before “drop off”. Very helpful staff and super clean!!! My only hesitation in writing this review is I don’t want too many people to find this letter gem (wink wink)"

"The apartment is excellent! - we have enjoyed our stay and I love the home away vibe that this property is giving fully furnished with minimalist decorations. Well cleaned and full equipped kitchen is a plus. Location is perfect too! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommended! "
