Mehrere male haben Wir es gemeldet jedoch erfolglos niemand kümmerte es. Die Chefin war immer unten an der Reception sobald man eine Frage oder Reklamation hatte war Sie schon wieder verschwunden in Ihr kleines Büro! Am Ende der Ferien hat sich niemand dafür interessiert...

The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "

"Really great spot that epitomizes the south west of Puglia. Lovely old buildings that have been renovated. Great pool. Unfortunately this was out of action the day we wanted to use it, but I still had a dip in the bambino pool! Horses surround the property too, so day hello. Great, grand main building too, with a lovely Edra lounge in the entrance, and frescos all throughout. Definitely worth a stay!"
