"Great location, great A/C for France, comfortable beds. The casino on site was a nice addition to have an extra entertainment option at night, but it did not feel like a casino resort. The pool has very specific, very strict only-in-France rules about attire and etiquette. If you don’t immediately know what I’m talking about, you should look into French spa requirements. It felt boarderline fascist at times and removed much of the fun and relaxation. "

"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). "Unfortunately the young woman at the desk did not speak any English despite the website saying they had multi-lingual staff, this made it very challenging. Also the room was up a few flights of stairs and not air-conditioned, and it was an extremely hot time in France, there was one weak fan in the room, it made our stay very uncomfortable. "
