What a great pleasure the hotel was. Came for the Caves but would return just for the hotel.

The hidden gem of Dordogne! I’m not sure where to start - the incredible hospitality, the beautiful surroundings, or the fantastic accommodations. Breakfast was sumptuous - Martine is quite the cook and many ingredients are sourced from the grounds. Whether you want to stay for a couple of nights or a week or more, there is plenty to see and do, and then you can go back and enjoy the comfort of Domaine du Pouzelaine.

The parking lot is very convenient. We need wheelchair access and it was very good here. Staff are always around and helpful. It is also very convenient so we were able to walk to restaurants and many attractions in the area.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was great and the staff, especially the afternoon reception clerk was wonderful. Not only did she acclimate us to the hotel, she helped carry our bags, and she helped plan the things we did while we were in the area. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was super. Highly recommend!

Chateau was beautifully decorated. Small elevator to bring our bags to first floor. Owner helped carry bags from entrance stairs to elevator. Robert and his wife were gracious and helpful.

We had our wedding venue there. The staff especially Julie were all excellent. Nothing was a problem and they were accomidating with all our requests.

I loved everything about my stay, especially the staff. Each and every person was immensely hospitable and genuinely kind. The property is gorgeous and impeccably clean. My room was an actual suite with so much space and charm. It lacked nothing. The decor, the views, the spaciousness; everything was perfect!! I highly recommend this beautiful place and plan to make it a regular place to visit, as I absolutely love the staff, the amazing service, and the charm and beauty of the Chateau. Even...
