Cracked floor tiles in the bedroom, broken bed foot, loose electrical sockets, overgrown front garden etc. Maid was friendly and helpful and room was clean. Nice pool! Desk staff averagely helpful. A 10-15 minute drive to the beach."

The real standout here is the service—the staff went above and beyond with all my reservations and last-minute changes, and their warmth made the stay feel seamless. My only drawback was the strongly scented sheets and towels. As someone with sensitivities, this was a real challenge and likely attracts mosquitos. If the hotel could offer fragrance-free linens, it would make an already excellent experience even better. "
