"The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. The furniture setting seemed to be an afterthought. One of the sconce light fixtures was directly above where your pillow goes, and kept hitting my head on it. The sofa next to the bed is too large, and seems unnecessary, with a set of bunk beds in the space. The bathroom was nice, clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "This is a very nice hotel with lots of charm and character. We enjoyed the large room and great staff. We had half board included. The dinners were great, but the breakfast was dissapointing. Same limited items daily. The rooms are dated, but comfortable. Our shower however was very small. But that didn't bother us at all. The hotel pool and spa are nice, and the location to walk to shops and restaurants is convenient. For skiers, the ski bus stops very close to the hotel."
