"A little out of town and on a relatively steep hill. However, there is a metro station only 200m away which gives easy access to the city. Next to a main road and so there was regular road noise at night. The pool was shut. Staff were efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. A large sitting area on the ground floor to enjoy a drink from the bar."

"The hotel is located in a nice are you can walk pretty much anywhere from there. Also the metro station is just a couple of blocks away. The staff was super friendly, our waiter at the terrace was Gabriel, he was always prompt to serve and was super friendly and did an awesome job recommending us thing to do in Donostia. "

"Stayed before. That’s why we chose again this same hotel. Hotel staff are so welcoming and helpful. Evening meal and breakfast was very good and the voice was excellent. Will be booking with this same hotel on our next trip in October. "
