Room was not cleaned until Sunday night after I went down to the front desk and talked to the manager on duty. They finally sent the supervisor and two ladies to clean our room. They did refund the fees for parking to make it right. Anyway we are one and done with this hotel. Don’t recommend it!"

"Zero stars if I could. Charged $50/day for parking just to stay in a room that was borderline uninhabitable. No fridge, loose jagged bathtub tiles (actual safety hazard), mold that looked painted over, and filthy, smelly carpet. Hotel was “full,” so staff did nothing. No fix, no relocation, no accountability—just excuses because we booked third-party. You’re not paying for a stay here—you’re taking a risk. Avoid."
