"Tramonto D’Oro is truly a special hotel. My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon, and we splurged and got the largest suite with a beautiful balcony, and the views were worth every penny. Between the fabulous and clean room and impeccable service (with incredibly kind and happy staff), this place has a wonderful breakfast and lovely restaurant that services a nice dinner (which was a little pricy). In addition, there’s two different bus stations that can take you right into Positano, however, they can be a bit tough to navigate and the taxis are very expensive. "

"Excellent stay. The gardens, pool, staff and breakfast were excellent. We enjoyed our ten day stay in Maiori as our base to the AC. We would return in a heartbeat! Very central to the promenade. Excellent restaurant in the hotel and surrounding area. Park for children across the street. Fifteen minute walk to the ferry dock. Bus right outside hotel. "

"We spent 2 days at this wonderful & unique hotel. The staff was exceptional! The view from our room was amazing. Just outside Amalfi, this was a perfect location. One of the best breakfast out of all of the places we stayed in our 2.5 week trip in Italy. Great dinner. Great bar. Great staff."

"Property and staff were great. Complementary breakfast was also fantastic. Area itself is quiet. Only thing that location is quite remote, thankfully had a car. They do offer free shuttle service so you can make it work. "
