I said mediocre on staff and service only because the hotel is designed for "do it yourself". The staff we interacted with were friendly and competent."

"Overbooked and was diverted to a different property. But Hilton did pay for my room at a different hotel 10 miles from the airport. The reason I choose this Airport Hilton is because of the proximity to the airport. It takes 30 minutes at 7 am to get back to the airport. Not convenient for weary travelers. "

"The State Hotel was a great property. It was my first time here and I loved the room and location. I do think the one chair in the room is a bit uncomfortable but that’s just me. The hotel is next to Pike Place and of course there’sg homeless around the area but they don’t really bother you. Bed was comfortable. I loved the shower and could have stayed in there for hours. Would stay again. "
