"Wonderful staff who want to make your experience the very best. Go for the breakfast! It is simply the best. Some of the rooms need updating. We stayed here three different times. Lower interior rooms are sub par. The reception staff will try hard to upgrade upon request. Again, the staff is the best asset of this hotel. The location is an easy walk to wherever a tourist wants to be."

"We are readily pleased with the stay at Jess Hotel & Spa Warsaw Old Town. We came from the US especially for the Poland-Estonia soccer game. The location, customer service and breakfast was pretty good. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back to explore more Warsaw! "

"Situated right in the centre near the university and the Copernicus statue, the location is really good, hotel has an art theme with old movie posters which give the place some charm. Breakfast is of a good standard with an a la carte option at the weekends. The only gripe I had were on level 3 floor, our room although was immaculate very very small. Good overall stay though."
