"Our second time staying at Loews Philadelphia and both stays have been wonderful. Clean, comfortable, walkable area, dining options, and close to a train station. Great gym facility as well. Employees at Bank & Bourbon attached to the hotel were very friendly. Hostess was very personable. Hope to be back!"

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued — every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, the amenities were top-notch, and the city views were stunning. Every detail, from the luxurious linens to the perfectly stocked toiletries, was thoughtfully prepared.
