The service at dinner was very,very slow. Over an hour before we received our drinks. No other hotel or restaurant on our trip was so slow. "

It was mediocre but I'm putting it as a con because our first waiter gave us German menus (we didn't think anything of this) and got frustrated with us as it took time for us to translate. He got bored checking on us and sent over a second waiter who gave us menus in English. Didn't know they had that, why wasn't it offered when the first gentleman...
