"The people are dishonest. I booked with them because the reservation said they offered free 24 hour shuttle service. The day prior to my check-in I called to arrange the airport pick up, to my surprise and demise the clerk said I had to pay €95 for the pickup alone and refused to honor their false advertisement. I had to book a hotel elsewhere, because this hotel is very far from the airport. I don’t recommend dishonesty. Also, to date they have refused to refund me my money. "

"Staff especially at Reception very polite and helpful. Bed very comfortable. Room size is good. But shower facility needs improvement regarding shower door as water spills out easily."
