"The staff was extremely helpful in a stressful situation after our previous booking fell through. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had in 4 cities on our trip. The bar staff was also very friendly and accommodating as well. Based on that (unplanned) stay we'll be booking other locations in the future. "

"It may advertise that it is more than a conference hotel, but it was built to be a conference hotel. The facility is very nice, covered parking, nestled on a hilltop, and well maintained. However, the dining option is a buffet and seating is cafeteria style on long tables. That is great if it is a conference but if you are traveling by yourself, it leave a lot to be desired. Other than the dining situation, it is not a bad big hotel. "

They billed me before arrival for authorization, then billed me again at arrival for authorization, and then finally when checking out, billed me once more. This created a lot of confusion and worry for me that I would actually be charged twice or three times for the stay. Even though I paid for breakfast for all of the days I was there, they didn't have my name on the list and I had to go through the explanation each morning. The billing...
