On the morning that we were leavign there were 5 of them gathered non of them offered help to put my luggages in the car after one of them brough the car to us. He parked it quite far from us even though there were available parking spots. Very inconvenient for a valet parking "

"During my stay at the hotel, I encountered several issues. Firstly, the parking was unsatisfactory had to pay due to limited parking outside. The initial room I booked had a strong cigarette smell, but the staff promptly changed it. However, the new room had a leaking faucet, a non-flushing toilet, and was noisy due to disturbances from upstairs, making it difficult for me to sleep. "This is a cute boutique hotel. The room is small but comfortable and clean. The room does not have a closet so space is very limited. Their a/c was interesting as it has a remote control but I wasn’t sure how to use it but the room was cool and slightly noisy but annoying noisy. We love the location because it’s one street away from gaslamp (5th ave). There are so many great eateries that is walking distance. Their elevator is unique and vintage style of early 1900s.
