"Alles sehr schön eingerichtet, super Wellnessbereich und leckeres Essen. Wir haben den Besitzer im Wellnessbereich getroffen und hatten ein sehr nettes Gespräch. Er war sehr offen für Feedback und unser Wohl lag ihm am Herzen. Das einzige Manko in unserer Suite war, dass das Licht in der Toilette nicht einzeln angeschaltet werden kann. Aber dies zu korrigieren ist wohl schon in Planung. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder....

"Eine tolle Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Herzlichen Dank für Ihre tolle Mühe ! Mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Restaurant nebenan. Dort gute Auswahl und super Bedienung. Komme gerne wieder. Rundum bestens versorgt gefühlt. Toll war auch das gleich bei der Ankunft vorne jemand an der Rezeption war. Sehr einladend und es wurde gleich auf alles hingewiesen. Frühstückszeiten wo und wann....WiFi......Zimmer wo usw. Danke das ich bei Ihnen war ! Herzliche Grüße !"

"Leider war das Personal äußerst genervt von Rückfragen, oder bei dem Wunsch etwas zu bestellen. Eine der Bedienungen trug einen Mullverband an der Hand und servierte mit dieser Essen, sehr unhygienisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als enttäuschend. Die Auswahl sehr gering und mit dem Nachfüllen kam der Service auch überhaupt nicht hinterher. Der Zimmerservice fand prinzipiell erst nach 15:00 Uhr statt, wenn überhaupt. Der Umgang mit dem Personal durch die Inhaber war leider sehr abwertend. Die...

"Hotel was wonderful! Breakfast was so delicious with so many options! You cannot beat the location in Sankt wendel, you come out of the hotel and see the beautiful church! (My parents were married there in 1964) the hotel was super clean with a bar and restaurant attached! The best ice cream is directly in front of the church! The hotel parking is good, just must watch your turn radius when coming into the ticket area. Call to get the exact address of the garage. Since it is behind the hotel attached but has different address. Super stay, loved every bit of my reservation! "
