"This was an OK hotel but it’s the little things that matter. English was non existent with the staff, the heating/cooling in the room wouldn’t adjust and it was on 25 degrees the whole time when it was 35 outside. At times it felt hotter inside the hotel than outside, even in the foyer. As for the breakfast offering, well that was just plain bad. Won’t stay here again"

"The staff at the property were wonderful and attentive. Any issue was taken care of promptly. Rooms are very nice and clean and had more than enough room in them. The baths were nice with very nice amenities. They would stock my room each day with fresh fruit and crackers and water which was great. The location is excellent with shops and restaurants very close by along with a beautiful park. When I return to Yuyao in a few months this will be the place that I stay again. "酒店的活动项目很多，非常棒，足足可以玩2天。 不足之处： 入住的房间锁是坏的，换了N次房卡，最后只能换房间 酒店很大，早餐的西餐厅太小，不能同时容纳住客用餐。临时开设的中餐厅做为早餐餐厅，食物品种不多。可能节假日人太多，房间一直到下午4点才来打算，而且打算得不干净，儿童使用过的浴袍依旧在洗手台下面 但总体还是满意的，下次还会再去"
