"We had a superb room on the fourth floor - spectacular views and spotlessly clean. It needed a little revamp, though, as there was a hole in a curtain and stains on the carpet, which they had tried to cover with a small mat. There was one mirror, but this was on the back of the door. The bathroom was great, but the towel rail was situated behind and above the toilet and bidet - not the most hygienic position. "Hotel was convenient and clean. Staff could not have been more helpful. Very convenient for return trip from Calais to Folkestone. Car parking was booked in advance and very secure. Area is ok but not the best . We stayed on a Monday and most eateries were closed. In summary I would stay there again but as a convenient stop off for Le Shuttle. Staff were great!"

The breakfast was wonderful and there was an amazing amount on offer, but it was expensive for a person with a small appetite. It’s a delightful place to stay and all the staff seemed friendly, efficient and helpful. "
