"I chose this hotel for its proximity to the football stadium. The hotel is older but clean and the room was comfortable and quiet. The only problem was the card key for the room also used to enter and leave the hotel. The card often didn’t work and had to be replaced. "

"The staff and room was great. It's noisy but your near the Cleveland Clinic so it is to be expected. It's not walkable and it's not near restaurants but there's always food delivery. It's a quick Uber ride to downtown."

"I had a bit of a hiccup upon my arrival because this particular bell man was helping me with my luggage and he wanted me to shout my room number to him from across the hallway. I was reluctant so I chose to walk towards him to tell him the room number and his response was,” clearly you can see that I am busy.” I felt that was unnecessarily rude so I grabbed my stuff and carried them to the room myself. Other than that little experience, everything else was great! "

"Very nice hotel, but very expensive. The front desk found out it was our anniversary and upgraded our room no charge which was awesome. Housekeeping staff could be more attentive (there was no coffee in the room) but the front desk actually made me some and had it brought to the room. I appreciated the attentiveness of the front desk. Overall a very nice stay. "

"The place is very nice. The room very nice. The comforters the bed though had old makeup on it and stains. Said something about it to the front desk and she was not too worried about it. Kinda sad that it was not cleaned properly. Kinda takes away the energy of the place. "

"Great location and new construction. Stayed in 1 bedroom condo suite. Building entry, keys to unit accessible via code access upon arrival - super convenient if arriving late. Property is near historic Westside Market and Ohio City, great restaurants and bars close by. Also short drive to downtown Cleveland including the sports arenas, Rock n Roll HOF and Lake Erie. Will definitely stay here next trip to Ctown"

"We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over"

"This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "
