"We were SO happy we chose this hotel! Our room was huge and had TWO windows looking over the harbor and the biggest bathroom I've ever had in a hotel. There was also a lovely sitting area with two chairs and a table in front of the TV. "There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...
