"The facility is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is very good for visiting Clairvaux. The staff seemed friendly and tried to provide a good service. "A hidden jewel. My wife and I stayed there with another couple after a few days driving through France and Belgium. We were looking for a quiet place to recharge and stayed in individual two bedroom units with a balcony overlooking the river. The staff was friendly and accomodating to our needs, in particular the manager Olivier Bedon. Definitely plan to stay there again."

"I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the noise. The location is great, the staff was friendly, the room spacious, comfortable and clean. The windows were excellent for blocking street noise, that wasn’t the issue. It’s the hallway and other rooms that are the issue. It didn’t help that there were some truly loud guests while we were there. Would still recommend as I did love the room."
