"This is an old house that was completely renovated in the last year or two. Super clean and good taste. The room was small, but comfortable and quiet. Slept solid, and woke up with the sounds of birds. Excellent spread at breakfast. Would stay here again if I ever make it back to this town. "Krásný pokoj, příjemný personál, chutná snídaně formou bufetu, od 2 nocí lanovka na Černou horu zdarma, parkovnání v ceně, bazén a venkovní lehátka, možnost zahrát tenis, výhled na les, dobrá lokalita. Vytkla bych jen drobnosti: nefungující hodiny v tenisové hale i u bazénu, jemné praskání vypínače lampičky u postele, druhý den byly obě kaše ke snídani přeslazené (první den byly super), trysky v bazénu byly vypnuté celou dobu (na obrázku jsou zapnuté)."

"We initially booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were not given the room we reserved. The receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a solution, she demanded an extra fee of 500 CZK per night for an additional bed. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. That said, the hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. We really liked the sauna, the pool, and the room in general. It’s just disappointing that the hotel offers triple rooms for booking when they apparently don’t have them available."
