"We had a good stay. The staff were nice. The breakfast was excellent. We are dissatisfied regarding the charge for the breakfast. Firstly, I was under the impression that breakfast for 3 was included in our room booking charge. The hotel said no! But they insisted on charging €20 per day for each room i.e. their charge for 2 persons in each room. But we were only 2 adults and 1 child. Very unfair and probably not right. I do feel cheated! "Everything was wonderful, from the hotel location near the convenient town center and train station. All main activities including the Audi Forum were at less than 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety of hot/cold food and continental or typical German items to try, fresh fruit and great coffee. I was really impressed. Only a minor comment on the bedding since the mattress cover seemed made of synthetic material and not m breathable, which made sleeping a bit warm and uncomfortable at times. Other than that I can only say I would go back to the Welcome hotel any time I get the chance. "
