"Great stay! The hotel seemed quite new. We had an issue where the air conditioning did not work but the staff were quick to bring a fan to our room. We didn't try the breakfast as the hotel was well located to access coffee shops and restaurants. Would recommend for a short trip for a location with great value for money. "

"The facility is beautiful, in a renovated historic building. Our apartment was spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed sunset overlookimg the bay in tne deck. The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge Dylan. He was so welcoming, friendly interesting and helpful. He suggested some fabulous hikes one in Wildnerness and one in Plettenburg Bay. "

"A great hotel, where staff worked well as a team to make us feel welcome and ensure we were comfortable during our stay. The hotel is in a lovely setting, on the main road but at one end, so that you are close to everything, but at the same time, feel like you are tucked into a quiet corner of the town when you are ready to wind down. The restaurant was fantastic and the decor was so lovely. Great job, team Ivory Haus! I recommend this hotel! "

"We spent an absolutely wonderful time in the Roseroc guesthouse. The property is tastefully decorated, the breakfast is very tasty. Kevin is a great host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. This is definitely a place to stay at while visiting Knysna."

"Absolutely stellar 5 star service. Received a free room upgrade which was a beautiful family suite that was very spacious and clean. Lovely porch with chairs and a nice fire to sit by with other guests, if you choose. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. You can choose to eat at their restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We had a lovely breakfast on the rooftop that had a beautiful view of the ocean. It also had a spa for massages, which we regrettably had no time for. Gorgeous...

"We had a great stay here on our trip through the garden route. The property was well maintained, had amazing views, and had a friendly staff. Upon arrival the owner greeted us and gave us the rundown of property and local eats. My only regret was not staying in this location longer. You won’t be disappointed with this property or location. "Next on the list for improvement should be replace mattresses. Fantastic stay Rose was so helpful. We took an Uber on Saturday night to the Island for dinner. It came in 7 mins. Unable to get an Uber for over an hour on the way back. Arranged another ride back to hotel. Lovely area. Lovely town"

"Following our intense 5 day hike in the mountains My wife and I had a 1 night stay at The Knysna Belle to rest and allow our bodies to breathe and recover. Michelle was super helpful knowledgeable and wonderful and she took great care of our comfort indeed. The place is beautiful set in a tranquil environment with Knysna heads visible and Mesmerising. Everything was perfect the room the bedding the bathroom was modern too. Lastly the most amazing breakfast was served by Michelle herself adding...
