"This was an ideal place for us to stay with a small infant. The room was excellent and the staff, lovely. One thing i would have preferred is if there wasnt such bright light bulbs. It was very harsh and gave no ambient lighting so was hard to get baby to sleep even with just one lamp light on."

"Well, you will get yourself a room, my case was a single bedroom inside the eSuites hotel. Local staff can only check you in & out. And that will be it! Any inquiries you may have in relation to your stay, got come through another form of comunication, via email or a phone number. With that said either way did not work for me, even when trying to comunicate in the language being spoken. I couldn't get answers to questions as such: wi-fi password and check-in earlier. Poor comunication services....

"Although I had booked for almost two weeks and had a long flight - I was made to wait two hours for my room or pay 1/2 a day. The lady was nice but management practices. There was a series of issues such as shower door opening, bathroom door not staying put, most of the staff are really nice…"

"Excelente atendimento desde a chegada: estacionamento e recepção. O quarto, um flat, tem um ótimo tamanho, camas macias, lençóis limpinhos, banheiro também com ótima ducha. Pedi jantar no quarto e o Copa restaurante entregou super rápido e com ótimo atendimento. Recomendo muito. "
