The staff was super helpful, and the service was noticeably better than a lot of other places I've stayed. "Love the 2 bedroom suite. Very spacious and clean. The outdoor area provides enough space for my German Shepherd to roam around. Walkable distance to the Fishman wharf and the Parliament House but it is located in a quiet area. Would love to stay here again next time."

"We liked that the hotel was close to the inner harbor, Royal BC Museum, Empress, bus to Butchart Gardens, restaurants and events for the Victoria Day weekend. Check-in and check-out were easy & efficient. The only down side was that breakfast of any kind was NOT INCLUDED for the pretty penny price. Starbucks coffee in the room was good."
