"Bei 42 Grad C Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, Temperatur im Treppenhaus bei 36 Grad. Frühstück ok, angekündigtes Restaurant geschlossen, es gab aber Snack im room Service. Motorrad in der Tiefgarage super, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!"

"So many problems. 1st Google Maps had the location 500m away on thr opposite side of the median. 2nd they couldn't find my reservation. 3rd after they found my reservation they didn't have my reserved suite available. 4th they offered a different room that was a smoking room. No refund was offered for the downgraded room. 5th sevice in the cafe was very slow & the room was cold because people kept going outside to smoke."
