"Excellent location right in the middle of everything. We got the balcony room which was worth it for the direct view of the castle up on the hill. Parking was challenging b/c we were given a small SUV and really could have used the compact we wanted, but I managed and was helped by staff to find a spot the one time I couldn't. Desk and bar staff were wonderful and breakfast was really pretty good for a buffet. "

"Very nice hotel in the heart of Ljubljana pedestrian zone. The room was a little small but very nice. The breakfast buffet was fantastic! We had some problems with the internet dropping off repeatedly. The service checking in and parking our car was excellent. "

"Loved this hotel - friendly staff, decent sized rooms and the biggest, most comfy bed!! The location is great for exploring the historical town too. We were celebrating our anniversary on this trip and the staff were kind enough to offer us breakfast included as a treat - it was a lovely spread and really helped not having to find breakfast before our early morning travels. "Excellent hotel that I stay during each visit to Slovenia. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice restaurant and breakfast. Just one remark - cold water in spa center pool. In past this was nice hot jakuzi, but now it’s cold. I’ll not use it next time. "

"Great location, right in the center of the old town. Walking distance to everywhere. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and with fair amount of varieties. The only downside is the hotel condition which is rather old and needs some tender loving care."

"The value for the property is my main issue. Expect to be up charged for everything. They don’t even provide lotions or anything spa related in the room. They charge extra for the sauna and the hours are very limited (opens at noon! And closes early). Spa is more of an add on than a hotel experience. the breakfast was good and so was the location. Only recommend the lake view rooms otherwise your room overlooks a parking lot. The woman kindly offered an upgrade at check in but for a surcharge....

"What a lovely place to spend a short break. The selling point of this hotel is the location and the views of the lake. It’s just so convenient and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go without worrying about transport. We did have a slight drainage issue in our room but were moved to another room without fuss and the reception staff were helpful and accommodating. "The staff was friendly and helpful, in particular navigating transfers into and from the pedestrian only zone. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious, very well decorated with large beams and window nooks--but also clean and modern. Thoughtful details are present like a coat rack for the room. The breakfast was stellar with tasty and non-generic items. The location is excellent, just off the Cobbler's Bridge, yet separated by a quarter-block, keeping it a little more quiet."

"Great location for exploring the city - everywhere is walkable from the hotel. Hotel has a lovely modern and friendly boutique feel. Staff all very accommodating. Great breakfast included with lots of options and large portions. Only thing visitors may want to consider is our bathroom had a transparent glass wall and door which may not be suitable for all people sharing a room! Not sure if all rooms have this feature. "

"Very lovely apartment. It is very clean and comfortable. The location is great. The only hiccups was the “check-in system” was not working properly when we were doing the check in after the working hours. However, we managed to seek help from this bar at the lobby. The staff of the bar were very helpful! In a word, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it. "
