"The hotel is situated in a busy area close to the shops (a big mall 5 min walk away) bars and restaurants. We booked this hotel because the pictures looked great and it had good reviews, however, we would not say that this was a 4 star hotel. "The staff at reception and the restaurant were exceptionally warm and friendly and helpful. But the room was not worth the money. Glass sliding window could not be locked and it was a minor security threat. Tap on the bathroom sink was loose. The white mat on bathroom floor was dirty and someone had kept it folded just not to show the stains. Breakfast buffet is inr 350 and some items were not very fresh, could improve. Overall still good, but there's room to grow. Would go again if nearby...

"I chose this place only for the location. The room was too small for 3 people and overpriced for the amenities. The room was a little too noisy for me and so was the air conditioning. The bathroom didnt have a proper tub but a shower, so it gets messy after the shower, its water everywhere."
