"Friendly young staff in the quaint on site restaurant were super attentive and professional. Several Safety hazards, like steps with loose treads at the entry would be a major insurance risk elsewhere. Also no signage anywhere when you pull into the parking lot if you are at the right place after getting GPS to take you through a secondary rough road route. Signs and instructions are cheap. Superb facilities deserve good signage for their guests. Great room! Great view!"

"Clean, staff were amazing and relaxed atmosphere"

"Great Spa, great staff, great interior design."

"The hotel is beautiful with multiple cool details of design. I visited it with my family and it was a very relaxing moment with Wine testing,Spa, massage, ping-pong and card games availables for all. The location is ideal."

"We stayed in Holiday inn for 3 nights. Loved our stay. Clean, cosy, great location, friendly staff"

"The hotel was perfect, the best hotel we have stayed in (out of 7) during our 4 weeks travelling around Georgia. The hotel is clean and new and the staff are lovely. The location is amazing in the countryside looking at the vineyard. Like a boutique French hotel but without the price tag. We will definitely be back."

"Amazing hotel amazing amenities and food great "

"Room cleanliness, view is fantastic, staff is very helpful and friendly. "

"Great hotel. Great staff, great breakfast. Wonderful view. "

"Small and cozy hotel with valley view, staff was extremely friendly! They have only 6 rooms so it was quiet and peaceful 😍 Sauna and warm pool at night - best experience ever! "

"Stunning views, a bit smelly room, very poor service/unfriendly staff and management. We got bad food poisoning at their restaurant, the hotel tried to cover it up and kick us out of the resort. Only after ambulance personal told them offf, they left us alone. Hard to imagine worse handling of the issue."

"O hotel é bonito e muito bem estruturado. O staff é simpatico e atencioso."
