I was one of the transferred ones from one hotel to another due to overbooking and no availability of rooms, and the customer service assistants were very understanding and accommodating. The location is great because there are lovely walking trails along the Marne, cafes nearby, and central Paris is just a cab or Uber ride away. This hotel offers great value for the money. "
