"My husband and I stayed for 3D2N. Customer service was excellent throughout our visit. We were able to check in early, and to our surprise, our room was ready ahead of time. Took the room with pool view, best decision ever as I can also see the sea. The only downside was that the room—particularly the bathroom—could have been a bit cleaner. The pool, however, was large and well-maintained. Breakfast was alright."

"The hotel is literally beside (next door) the Batam Centre ferry terminal, so it was very convenient for us. And Mega Mall is just opposite the hotel. It is also very easy and convenient to go places with GrabCar. We enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel Batam Centre (first time in a hotel with bolsters which help with good sleep 😅) and the good service and hospitality of its staff. We will not hesitate to stay here again. "

"The room is spacious and simple. It is near One Batam Mall and walkable. The breakfast is simple and can be crowded early in the morning. Access to all the popular malls easily via Grab or Gojek at reasonable price. I'll stay again next time. Please do not expect luxury at this price. "

"Simple and hassle free getaway for 3D2N. Do nothing but eat sleep and play. The games are mostly for 7 yrs and above. Nothing much for younger children or toddlers. Relaxing for parents, bring toys and prepare food for picky kids."
