"2day stay , nice pool , hotel showing age,dinner very average, breakfast ok , but on last day ,they cleared breakfast buffet before 10:10 when we came down !(10:30 official finish)Very poor breakfast service. Typical edge of town , motorway hotel.Poor customer service.But convenient en route."

"Went for a week in the beautiful Carcassonne. The hotel was in a perfect location and the rooms and bar were lovely. The housekeeping came and cleaned up the rooms and put new towels in the every day! I especially liked the Google Chromecast! Came in very useful. "

"We were greeted with great warmth by the owner and shown around the very lovely hotel. The design and furnishings are quirky and very impressive. We didn'[t use the garden, pool and spa but they looked very inviting and I wished we'd booked another night! The bed was comfortable and the pillows lovely and full and soft. A great to place to stay, not too far outside of the city"

"Travelling through France & stayed here for a night. A wonderful place to stay, we had a little villa all to ourselves. Spotlessly clean, comfortable & issues with a lock quickly remedied. Local restaurants were closed on Monday but an Intermarché nearby ensured we had everything needed to cook a meal. If you can’t find the cutlery, check the not very obvious drawers in the kitchen table! We didn’t avail of the outside pool but the kids next door certainly did & enjoyed it. I would definitely...

"The hotel is nicely located for many good restaurants and attractions. The apartments looked nice, but is not of the best quality. We had problems with the internet, the water pressure in the shower and toilet (which did n´t flush) and extremely noisy and un-useful aircondition. Other wise, our stay was good."

"When we arrived at the hotel it had closed down four weeks previously. A notice on the door informed us to which hotel we had been transferred. This was difficult to access as the hotel next to The Chevalier( our new destination) was still under construction. There was no drop off point for luggage and my husband had to carry all bags from a car park about 7 minutes walk away. We were greeted by black billowing smoke.
