"The value for the property is my main issue. Expect to be up charged for everything. They don’t even provide lotions or anything spa related in the room. They charge extra for the sauna and the hours are very limited (opens at noon! And closes early). Spa is more of an add on than a hotel experience. the breakfast was good and so was the location. Only recommend the lake view rooms otherwise your room overlooks a parking lot. The woman kindly offered an upgrade at check in but for a surcharge....

"What a lovely place to spend a short break. The selling point of this hotel is the location and the views of the lake. It’s just so convenient and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go without worrying about transport. We did have a slight drainage issue in our room but were moved to another room without fuss and the reception staff were helpful and accommodating. "The property was nice and our room was comfortable although it was supposed to be non smoking and there was an ashtray in it and a cig but in the window. No AC at this hotel and it was hot. The breakfast was ok but eggs were always burnt. The staff was very nice except for the lady who checked us in the first night. She was knida a snobby person, we had been trveling for 20 hrs by the time we checked in and she was less than friendly. Very good location and lots around there to walk to. Good...

"I book superior mountain view room, my view was a factory that was open and noisy 24 hours a day. The view of two large chimney of misty, white smoke was " the mountain view". The four nights i stayed they come to clean the room one time only, not bothering to replace the towels. The hotel does notvhave the pool. "Really nice property! Felt like we were visiting relatives. Owner got us a dinner reservation at a neighboring restaurant since property's restaurant was full and it was truly amazing. "Fantastic stay. Charming inn and restaurant in the woods alongside a running stream. Great service. We had to leave before breakfast started so the head waiter left a wonderful packed lunch for us at our door as a substitute. Great dinner at very reasonable prices as well. Authentic Slovenian place. Local people were celebrating a friend’s birthday the night we ate dinner. Lots of Slovenian songs and laughter. Very cool vibe."

"The owner was great, he was very helpful in giving us information about the town and what we could do. Breakfast was delicious and again the owner was always there to provide anything we needed.
