"I have been in Victoria hotel 3 times. I do like the location near to the main station. The staffs are very helpful on luggage deposit even though I came early before the Check In time. They also helped to provide the electric adapter and tape to fix the broken wheel of the luggage. I strongly recommend this hotel in Basel."

The attendant at the breakfast offered by the hotel was very friendly, helpful and patient. The receptionist also arranged a late checkout which was very nice as we are nearing the end of a long journey and we have a long layover in Basel. Overall a wonderful stay in a comfortable place."

When you come from the airport you don't need to buy a bus ticket to your hotel as your hotel reservation entitles you to free travel. Over all great experience with and in the hotel.
