"The first room assigned was a little smelly, however, the front desk was happy to changed to a different room which was very clean with no bad smell. "Check in was only OK. Lack of english made it difficult. The view from our room was good .. the carpet was fiikthy. Must wear slippers. There is no where to sit in the lobby just to visit or play cards...No restaurants close by, only McDonalds or KFC... We did not come to China to eat American fast food..."

"The hotel is in a pretty central location, it’s pretty close to Hopson One mall which has plenty of shopping and dining options. The air conditioning units are abysmal and no matter how low you set it, the temperature in my room was averaged between 21°-23° the six nights I spent there even with the AC set at 17°. Staff are kind however they do not speak any English as advertised. It took an unsuccessful phone call, a visit to the front desk, two translation apps and three employees to answer...

"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"
