"Byłam w Hotelu kilkakrotnie, ale nocowałam po raz pierwszy. Brakuje ZARZĄDCY! Czasy świetności Hotel ma za sobą. Kelnerki bardzo miłe, jedzenie pyszne, ale otoczenie nie sprzyja wypoczynkowi. Na trawniku w każdej ze skrzynek czy donic chaos i miszmasz, iglaki z kwiatami, uschnięte malutkie tuje i usychające bratki. Meble ogrodowe też różnej maści, część białych jeszcze z poprzednich lat zniszczone i brudne, i nowe brązowe. Przez 3 dni pobytu nie było widać, żeby ktoś się zajmował...

"This is an old house that was completely renovated in the last year or two. Super clean and good taste. The room was small, but comfortable and quiet. Slept solid, and woke up with the sounds of birds. Excellent spread at breakfast. Would stay here again if I ever make it back to this town. "HOTEL U BERANKA is a special hotel! We traveled here from Texas to visit with family and stayed in this hotel0. It is a much older hotel that reflects the beauty of it's surroundings in a town square in the town of Nachod in the Czech Republic. The charm is visible inside the Jr. King Suite where we stayed. The suite was nicely decorated, and it had several large, green cabinets to hold our belongings. We especially liked that the customer was able to dictate the frequency of housekeeping visits. The bathroom floor and walls were black marble and it held a huge tub! A second room all decorated in red leather furniture and again, was pleasantly decorated. It had a coffee-maker, a water kettle as well as a fresh bowl of locally-grown fruit. Our stay was most pleasant and the reception staff spoke English. Breakfasts were fantastic as well; essentially a European buffet."

"Almost everything includes nuts on their menu. If your family member has tree nut allergies you wont be able to dine here. The shower cabin is a bit small. I kept accidently hitting the water mixing valve and shutting it off. First hotel where fridge wasn't stocked with anything. No water, no beer etc. Hated the elevator. It appears like there is only two elevators for the entire complex. One services floors 1-4, the other 1-5. Both are very slow because guests take them to the pool area, which means waiting significantly longer in the lobby. The restaurant staff also uses this elevator to move food to the guest rooms. I would have expected them to use service elevators instead. "
