"The staff were all so welcoming and helpful; they were the highlight of the stay. The breakfast was my second favorite; lovely extensive buffet with something for everyone. The bar was nice but pretty crowded both nights we went around 4-7 pm; we saw many people unable to get seating and leave each night. We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food and service was nice but it was noisy because it is open and directly next to the bar. We stayed in a room with balcony that was lovely. Bed comfy, coffee in room much appreciated, robes and slippers to use, bathroom large and modern. My only one pet peeve for the hotel is that at the bottom of the elevator is a big display of lots of perfumes and it smells really strongly. As a person that is allergic to perfumes it had me sneezing and eyes watering every time I used the elevator."

"Not a WOW, not an HELL NO. Average and basic. If you are travelling thru on business for a day or two, this will work. The lady at the bar/resturant was pleasant. The young men at night were disengaged and would benefit from a customer service update. For example, I was a woman travelling alone, and my room number was annouced in a room full of men, when applying restaurant charges to my room, while in the bar/resturant. The room was basic, no formal desk, which I prefer. The bed was clean and sheets crisp. Boulangerie across the street, along with a pharmacy, and local tram. Bus stop to take you to the RER is directly across the street. The bar at Moxy is "cute," don't expect a full bar, they are limited on choices. The Moxy Clamart has A LOT of potential with a few tweaks, but it is a safe and basic place outside of Paris."

"Excellent hotel, front desk staff were fantastic. The room was spacious very clean and very nice. Great location right beside the Metro station. Everything Excellent, recommend without any doubt."

"The Staff was great. The room was not. The TV did not work. Tried everything but it wouldn’t let me connect to the Internet or broadcast from my phone. The first day, my towel smelled like vinegar, the second day my towel had stains on them. The room was also really really warm and I always had to play around with the thermostat. The phones in the room did not seem to work properly. Multiple times I called the front desk and it will ring and the one time they picked up they couldn’t hear me and kept saying “hello, hello” and you can’t say it’s because of language barrier because I speak French. The “restaurant” options were quite limited for dinner. I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t speak on that. With that said, the staff was nice but the hotel could’ve been better. "
